Witness to Innocence

I was truly honored to work on this project for the national nonprofit Witness to Innocence, founded with Sister Helen Prejean (author of Dead Man Walking) and Ray Krone, a death row exoneree. WTI, lead by exonerees, works to abolish the death penalty and support death row exonerees as they regain their lives after being wrongly imprisoned.

Witness to Innocence wanted to pay tribute to 15 partners they have worked with at the celebration of their 15th anniversary. I thought it was a great idea to use video instead of having someone talking at the podium at their event in Philadelphia. We created a 14 minute video to highlight the WTI work and these honorees, using still photographs and voice over. I recorded the scratch narration and they ended up using me in the final, along with WTI Executive Director and death row exoneree, Kirk Bloodsworth.
